We slow down together and get curious- about the patterns, the reactions, the stories you've been carrying that might not even feel like stories anymore, just facts. I'm not going to hand you a list of coping skills and call it a day. We're going to look at what's actually underneath the exhaustion, the overthinking, the way you keep ending up in the same place.
What that looks like in practice: real conversations, not checklists. A space where you don't have to perform okayness or have it figured out before you walk in. Over time, clients start to feel less like they're white-knuckling through their days and more like they actually understand themselves — and that changes everything.
