Welcome.

At the core, we all want to feel valued and truly seen for who we are and what we need. When we’re feeling lost, alone, or not quite ourselves, it can lead to a sense of disconnection from the people we care about, emotionally and in our relationships.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and shift those patterns.

Therapy for Couples

When did talking to eachother get so hard?

Wouldn’t it be nice if a simple conversation didn’t turn into a full-blown argument? Why does everything feel so loaded? You try to talk about the dishes, the schedule, or how disconnected you’ve been feeling…and suddenly you’re in a tension you didn’t plan on having. So you start avoiding things. Or walking on eggshells. Or blowing up and regretting it later.

This might sound familiar…

You go to bed frustrated more nights than not.

You scroll next to each other instead of actually talking.

You keep having the same fight or tension, just with different words.

Your relationship just… keeps drifting.

Here's how I help…

If this feels familiar, you’re not broken, you’re stuck in patterns that can change. I help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and find your way back to connection and intimacy. We'll figure out what's actually happening beneath the arguments, rebuild connection that feels real (not forced), and help you go to bed feeling close again, not frustrated and alone.

Stop arguing. Start connecting.

  • Fight less, feel closer

  • Laugh, touch, and enjoy each other again

  • Handle life stress without drifting apart

  • Heal old hurts and feel safe

Therapy for…

Therapy for:

Ever feel like everything is just… too much?
Stress, anxiety, and life’s endless to-do list can pile up until you barely recognize yourself. You push through, hold it together, and still feel drained, stuck, or like you’re just treading water. You’re not broken, you’re carrying a lot!

This might sound familiar…

You're exhausted from holding it all together, but asking for help feels harder than just doing it yourself.

Overthinking everything and not being able to shut your mind off

Replaying conversations over and over after they happen

Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or absorbing other people’s feelings

Anxiety in relationships or repeating the same conflicts as a couple

Here's how I help…

I help you quiet the overthinking, put down what you've been carrying alone, and actually rest without guilt. We'll work on setting boundaries that don't feel selfish, trusting yourself, and creating space for you, not just everyone else.
