Therapy for Couples & Individuals
In-Person in Seattle, WA
Virtual Across Washington

Hi, I’m Kendall

MA, LMFTA
Individual & Couples Therapist

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I help busy people. Those juggling careers, kids, or life’s nonstop demands, navigate self-discovery, growth, and connection. I work with individuals and couples, offering sessions in Seattle and virtually across Washington.

Life is messy, joyful, heartbreaking, and beautiful, often all at once. Therapy is a space to make sense of it, understand yourself and your relationships, and figure out how you want to move forward.

Clients often come to me when they’re tired of tiptoeing around what’s hard. I offer a steady, compassionate presence and clear direction, helping you slow down, untangle patterns, and stay connected to what matters, even when emotions run high.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start here.

Couples & Intimate Partnerships

Wouldn’t it be nice if a simple conversation didn’t turn into a full-blown argument? Why does everything feel so loaded? You try to talk about the dishes, the schedule, or how disconnected you’ve been feeling…and suddenly you’re in a fight you didn’t plan on having. So you start avoiding things. Or walking on eggshells. Or blowing up and regretting it later. If this feels familiar, you’re not broken, you’re stuck in patterns that can change. I help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and find your way back to connection and intimacy.

Stop arguing. Start connecting.

  • Fight less, feel closer

  • Laugh, touch, and enjoy each other again

  • Handle life stress without drifting apart

  • Heal old hurts and feel safe

Individual Therapy

Ever feel like everything is just… too much?
Stress, anxiety, and life’s endless to-do list can pile up until you barely recognize yourself. You try to keep it together, push through, and still feel drained, stuck, or like you’re just treading water. You’re not broken. You’re carrying a lot, and it doesn’t have to stay this way. I help you untangle the chaos, figure out what really matters, and start feeling steadier day-to-day.

Stop spinning your wheels. Start feeling like yourself again.

  • Calm stress and anxiety before it takes over

  • Stop burning out and actually have energy for your life

  • Figure out who you are beyond work, parenting, and everyone else

  • Navigate big life changes without losing yourself

Feel understood. Not judged.

At the core of my approach is helping people feel emotionally safe enough to be honest — with themselves and with each other. When people feel understood instead of blamed, change can actually stick.

In our work together, I balance deep reflection with practical steps, so you leave each session not only with new insight but also with tools you can use in daily life. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in old patterns, therapy is a space to slow down and explore what’s underneath.

My foundation is rooted in attachment work, where emotions and relationships are at the center. I also bring curiosity about identity, culture, and the ways life transitions shape how we love, struggle, and grow.

With partners, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman-informed tools to help you reconnect, communicate more effectively, and navigate conflict with compassion.

For individuals, I create space to sort through patterns, build clarity, and find practical ways to feel more grounded and connected in daily life.

My goal is always to meet you where you are and support growth that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

Therapy for

What Therapy with me is like…

Truth with Care
I’ll be honest with you, and I’ll do it with warmth. Real change happens when honesty and kindness meet.

Compassionate Curiosity
Your patterns didn’t appear out of nowhere. We’ll look at them with understanding instead of judgment.

Space to Be Human
Therapy isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s a place where you can bring all of yourself…the messy and the meaningful.

Moving at Your Pace
There’s no rush here. Growth often comes from slowing down and staying present with what matters most.
